Shipping Policy

Only You Apparel offers free tracked shipping to all Canadian addresses on orders of $125 (CAD) or more. Orders shipping to an United States of America address are free for orders of $125 (USD) or more. Orders that do not meet the minimum free shipping threshold for Canadian or USA addresses are offered a subsidized, flat rate shipping option based on their shipping address. Untracked, uninsured lettermail is offered to Canadian orders with a maximum of one item. Please refer to our letter mail policy for more information in the paragraph below.  

 

Letter mail shipping is offered for Canadian orders containing one item at a rate of $5.49, this is at your own risk. Letter mail packages are vacuum sealed and sent via Canada Post. Letter mail shipping DOES NOT include a tracking number or any package insurance. This means that once we have handed your order over to Canada Post, we are unable to provide any updates on its whereabouts. Letter mail shipping can take upwards of 20 business days to arrive. Only You Apparel is not responsible for any orders sent letter mail once the order is with Canada Post. 

At Only You Apparel we are committed to offering quick fulfillment times. Orders will be fulfilled within 3 days of placing the order (unless otherwise stated). With our promise to offer quick fulfillment, we are unable to promise any changes or cancellation requests any later than one hour after a customer places an order. If a package is returned to us due to the shipping address being incorrect, the customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with re-sending the package.
