Return Policy
We make every effort to provide you with high quality products, accurate photos, product descriptions, and size charts. If you are unsure about sizing you can always send us an email at help@onlyyouapparel.ca or ask in our Only You Apparel Facebook group. If you do not want to wait for feedback and feel unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering a size up. That way your little one will have the opportunity to grow into it if it fits differently than you expected.
At this time, all sales are final. We are not accepting returns or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery so we can assist you as best as possible. When sending us an email, please remember to provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue you are experiencing. Refunds are not issued in cash.
